Q1 2021 Performance of Top Crime Games on iOS in the United States

As the first quarter of 2021 came to a close, crime game enthusiasts on the iOS platform were treated to a variety of experiences. Data from Sensor Tower reveals how the top five crime games performed in the United States during this period.

Detective Masters, published by Crazy Labs, showed a dramatic increase in downloads from the third week of February, peaking at around 281K before gradually declining to 148K by the end of March. Active users followed a similar trajectory, spiking at approximately 401K in the same week and then decreasing to around 199K.

Rollic Games' Dodge Master! experienced a significant surge in downloads, starting at a modest 553 in early February and soaring to over 433K in early March. Weekly active users mirrored this growth, expanding from just over 500 to a peak of about 509K in mid-March.

For Prison Life! by Serkan Cavusoglu, revenue saw a peak in late January at over $1.6K and fluctuated slightly, eventually stabilizing around $547 by the end of March. Downloads showed a downward trend overall, from 60K at the end of December to 40K by March's end, while active users remained relatively stable, ending the quarter at approximately 75K.

Kwalee Ltd's Let's Be Cops 3D generated consistent revenue throughout the quarter, with a slight decline from $3.2K to around $2.4K by March's end. Downloads decreased from 134K to about 15K, and active users followed a downward trend, ending at roughly 43K.

Lastly, Johnny Trigger from SayGames LTD maintained a steady revenue stream, ranging from $17K to $15K over the quarter. Downloads showed a gradual decline from 74K to 28K, with active users decreasing from 375K to 206K.
